The build uses low terraced sandstone massing, Mayan Revival textile-block motifs, layered flat roofs, a formal entry portico, central courtyard with hearth and reflecting basin, furnished living hall, studio/gallery, dining kitchen, bedrooms, study spaces, roof terrace, garden walls, pools, lamps, trees and hollyhock flower beds. Designed as a complete WorldEdit-ready villa rather than an empty shell.
